We are pleased to share one of the first looks at the newest member of our family. He (yes,
he, unless our eyes were deceived) is 15 weeks along and weighing in at 4oz. We will have another ultrasound at 20 weeks, so we should be able to confirm any "uncertainties" from yesterday. We have definitely been feeling the excitement ramp up as well. Jackie has been feeling great the past few weeks, but already looking forward to the end sometime around March 23rd, which is our updated due date. Yes, that's the day after Jackson's birthday, which is an interesting coincidence. The OB staff at the hospital were initially under the impression that we had planned what seemed like a well-timed birth. Of course we can only give credit to the Lord for his timing, which is perfect. Now all we have to do is continue trying to figure out how to handle all of the changes that are going to come with having multiple rug-rats. Of course, Jackson will be 2 by the time his brother is born, so hopefully we can have him potty-trained by then (we can dream, can't we?). We dread having two babies in diapers at the same time. All in all, we are proud, excited, and overcome with blessing. -Caleb
