Me: “What do you want for lunch, Jack?”

Jack: “Umm… roast beets!”

Me: “You’re kidding, right? Roast beets?? Do you even know what beets are?”

Jack: “Yes.” (pointing at his foot) “My piggy, that one, he eats roast beets.”

in hindsight, roast beets DOES make more sense for a piggy to be eating than roast beef. I'm just saying. Maybe he's on to something.

I always figured it was like the "Eat Mor Chiken" thing, except "Eat Roast BEEF". At least he wasn't eating roast pork... that would have been a hard one to explain.
