After much anguished deliberation over this issue, I can now say from experience that it is definitely possible to eat both a wad of butter and a dollop (or three) of gravy on a biscuit and NOT die of pure bliss, or you know, saturated fat overload.
You don’t have to thank me. I was happy to donate my time and appetite to this experiment. All in the name of science, baby!
