scenes from an icy backyard

These are pictures I took Saturday morning. Ironically, I’ve spent most of the winter feeling jealous of other photographer’s photos of snow filled nature scenes. Then suddenly I get my chance and I spend most of it taking pictures of the boys instead (editing on those is still in progress). What can I say? My kids trump icy twigs any day.

But I did point the camera away from the boys… once or twice. Here’s what I captured, each with a slightly different edit. I think the last one is my favorite. Which do you like?
