Jack: “Hey! What’s this food doing in here?”

Me: “Oh yeah. That’s an egg I fried earlier. I’m going to eat it… unless you want it?”

Jack: “No. But, Mommy, you shouldn’t leave it sitting there or it will get hard as a rock.”
