Brilliant idea, brilliant photo. And might I ask, can you REALLY get your 3 year old to eat GREENS? Please tell me the secret, what is this gooey substance on the leaves that makes them agreeable? You, my friend, are a magician.

lol, Elisa. That "gooey substance" is tuna fish. We put that over our salad sometimes instead of dressing.
