in all fairness

I wait for this event all year. Not only because I like having funnel cakes and fried snickers for dinner. Or because it is the first activity that really screams “FALL” by allowing us to play outside for hours without needing to wring out our clothes or rehydrate with a garden hose. But mostly I anticipate the Fair for the photos, which end up being some of my favorites from the year. There’s no such thing as a bad photo when you’re having a great time.

The deep fried snickers wasn’t too shabby either.
