Putt putt is a rare indoor activity. The boys are crazy about it. Caleb and me less so. Mostly because it takes the better part of an afternoon to play through 18 holes. Jackson is getting more proficient and can complete each hole without much problem. Jonathan, on the other hand, still wields the club like a broom and sweeps the ball across the green until by some miracle it finds the hole. His way is the only way. And the rest of us are stuck behind him like a rickety car in the fast lane.

Needless to say, we don’t putt putt very often.
